This segment of South Carolina’s population is growing every year.  Many do not know to “Call Before You Dig” and we need to get the message to them, but how to successfully do this is a very good question.  PUPS wants to target this segment in the upcoming year with a promotions and advertising campaign, and we are looking for ideas from members who have effectively reached this segment.  What has worked best for you?  Please email any ideas or suggestions to Jim Breznay at jbreznay@scana.com
