P.U.P.S.
WHO BENEFITS?
Operators, excavators, and the general public benefits from the elimination of dig-ins. It reduces the chance of death and injury, damage to public and private property, and loss or interruption of services vital to public safety.
WHY IS IT NECESSARY?
In South Carolina, it is the law. A seventy-two hour (three working days) notice is required prior to excavation.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The P.U.P.S. service is FREE to excavators.
