Tickets are good for 15 working days.  

 

 

 

 

Update ticket on the 12th working day.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Good Through Date: The ending date of the 15-working days for which the locate request ticket is good or valid.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Call Back Date:  The date by which the excavator is to call back to update or extend the 15-working day time frame on a locate ticket, if needed. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ticket Number:  The number of the locate request ticket that is processed for notification of an excavation site to have underground utilities marked.
